Clients receive usage rights for personal or business promotion only. Raw files are not included unless agreed upon in advance. Delivery timelines may vary based on project scope and season.
- Pricing & Deposits: Prices are subject to change without notice. Deposits are required to confirm bookings and are non-refundable except where prohibited by law. Full balance is due before final content delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Third-Party Tools & Platforms: KJ Media may use third-party tools, music licensing platforms, and online galleries for service delivery. KJ Media is not responsible for outages, delays, or limitations imposed by these platforms.
- Limitations: Services may be limited in remote or restricted areas. Not all requested shots or edits may be possible based on event conditions, time constraints, or creative direction. Some features may only be available in select regions.
